LF203 is a kind of Cu-Zn-Cr system low temperature CO shift catalyst produced with precipitation method. It can be used in CO shift plant operating in a temperature range of 200-300℃ to purify crude H2 and ammonia feed gas. It is usually used downstream of high or medium temperature shift catalyst. It has the characteristics of high activity, long service life and high mechanical strength which ensures lower resistance during its operation. LF203 can endure condensation of vapor either under un-reduced state or reduced state, which may happen during shutdown, startup or production off-time. In addition, the catalyst can be regenerated under certain conditions.
