Methanol Steam Reforming Catalyst LF-01N

1 Characteristics

LF-01N is a methanol steam reforming catalyst which takes metal copper as active component. It has a double-function for methanol decomposition and CO shift. Its performances stand at international advanced level and it’s in the leading position in the domestic industry.

2 Applications and operating conditions

Used in hydrogen production with steam reforming process by using methanol as feedstock. It is loaded solely in the whole bed of tubular reactor.
■ Inlet Temperature:          260～290℃          
■ Pressure:                 Atmospheric～3.0MPa
■ Water/methanol ratio：     1.5～3.0
■ Liquid space velocity：     0.3～1.0h-1

4 Packing, transportation and storage

■Packed with hard carton barrel lined with plastics bags, net weight:40kg(or  customized as per customer´s  demand);
■Prevented from moisture, rolling, sharp shocking, raining during transportation;
■Stored in dry and ventilated places, preventing from pollution and moisture.
